Take a live or online class to pick up new skills. Learn a new craft or hobby. Take a community education class on finance. When you grow your skills, feeling better is usually a residual effect! These are tough times. Overcome the urge to fall into overwhelm and self-defeat mode. Have faith that your positive mindset and related energy around your job search will reap future rewards.
